Edinburgh Flats Partnership are an Edinburgh-based property management company who specialise in short-term lets.

Edinburgh Flats Partnership engaged Iformis to develop an online booking system featuring their properties under management and to other landlords wishing to provide holiday properties in the Edinburgh area.

The first stage of the website was launched in January 2008 allowing landlords to upload property information and visitors to search based on selected criteria.

Bookings taken via the website are currently managed by the Edinburgh Flats Partnership. The next stage of the site will allow landlords to manage their own enquires and will include e-commerce facilities, allowing the Edinburgh Flats Partnership to take payments online.
